Our sole focus is to help organizations through challenging transitions so they can experience continued growth and success. Organizations naturally evolve through a lifecycle, growing and developing before reaching their prime. This often requires major changes to organizational structure and their approach to leadership, that if not addressed can cause premature decline.

MW&Co provides management consulting and leadership coaching, working side-by-side to build a foundation for your further growth. We work with only a handful of clients at a time. This allows us to come alongside each organization for a period of time to truly understand their current stage, the challenges they face, and the changes needed to overcome them.

Meet Michael

Michael Wilkes has focused most of his 35-year career on assisting organizations in transition. This includes serving in positions at all levels of business leadership, management consulting, and board governance. Michael is a life-long student of organization development, and has a passion for assisting church, nonprofit, and private business leaders faced with the challenges of organizational growth.

​Michael earned an MBA early in his career and is a certified business coach (CBC). For 18 years, he served as President & CEO of technology business MasterGraphics Inc. He continued consulting and coaching church and nonprofit leaders during those years. Prior to MasterGraphics, Michael spent six years as a management consultant with Smith & Gesteland LLP, where he helped growing businesses develop their leadership and organizational structure. During this time, he served as adjunct professor for Concordia University teaching courses in Strategic Management and Business Ethics. He has also held management positions at Northrop Corporation and Stokely USA. Michael has served on boards that include Oconomowoc Hospital, Project Home, Blackhawk Church and Illuminus.

Over the years, MW&Co has encouraged leaders to “play to their strengths,” promoting the use of Gallup’s StrengthsFinder assessment. Expanding our service further, we have an association with Partner2Learn (P2L), a firm that is dedicated to “StrengthsFirst.” With Gallup’s assessment as a base, they have developed a more in-depth process for individuals and teams to play to their strengths.
